First Mortgage: The rates and payments shown apply only in certain conditions and depend on several factors/assumptions. A

property, and the applicant's credit profile. Loans with Loan-To-Value (LTV) ratios greater than 80% require Private Mortgage

Home Equity Loan - Fixed Rate (closed-end): The rates and payments shown apply only in certain conditions and depend on
several factors/assumptions. A loan's final rate and APR will depend on financial market conditions, specific characteristics of the
loan transaction, type of property, and applicant's credit profile.
Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) - Variable Rate: Property insurance required. Maximum APR that will be charged during the life of the loan for an eight-year draw period plan or a ten-year draw period plan is 15%. Click here for details about other costs and other terms.
MINIMUM PAYMENT EXAMPLE - 15-YEAR TERM (EIGHT YEAR DRAW PERIOD PLAN): If you made only the minimum monthly payment and took no other credit advances it would take 15 years to pay off a credit advance of $10,000 at an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 7.750%. During that period, you would make 179 payments of $94.42 and one (1) final payment of $92.53.
MINIMUM PAYMENT EXAMPLE – 25-YEAR TERM (TEN YEAR DRAW PERIOD PLAN): If you made only the minimum monthly payment and took no other credit advances it would take 25 years to pay off a credit advance of $10,000 at an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 7.750%. During that period, you would make 299 payments of $75.78 and one (1) final payment of $68.85.
