Important Information for Portland Local 8 FCU Credit Cardholders
Your Portland Local 8 FCU Credit Card was not part of the system conversion on December 1. You may continue using your existing credit card until the scheduled credit card conversion occurring in Summer 2026.
How to Access Your Card Information
Due to the conversion, access to view your Portland Local 8 FCU Credit Card account has changed. At this time, your credit card information is not available through ILWU Credit Union’s Online or Mobile Banking. To access your information, you may:
- Log in to your dedicated credit card website to view your credit card information, including balances and current transactions, make payments and more.
- Call the phone number listed on the back of your Portland Local 8 FCU Credit Card (855.650.7858)
- Download and use the Card Valet App to view recent transactions, manage card controls and alerts.
- Call or visit the Portland Branch Team for assistance.
How to Make Credit Card Payments
You may continue to make payments by mail, at any branch location, or over the phone by calling 866.445.9828. Payments can be made online through a dedicated website for Portland Local 8 credit cardholders. You will need to register using your credit card number and some personal information. A multi-factor authentication code will be sent to your email or phone number on file when you first register.
