When is the last day that I can use Portland Local 8 FCU Online and Mobile Banking?
Effective Friday, November 28, 2025, at 3:30 PM, Portland Local 8 FCU's Online and Mobile Banking will no longer be available. Once the merger is completed on December 2, you will be able to register your account in ILWU Credit Union's Online and Mobile Banking services. If you currently use Portland Local 8 FCU's Online or Mobile Banking, you will be able to login to ILWU Credit Union's Online Banking on or after December 2, 2025 with your current Username, but you will be required to update your password. At login enter your username, select "Trouble Signing In", then select "forgot password" to update your password. Please note: A secured access code will be sent to your phone or email on file to register your device.
How do I enroll in ILWU Credit Union Online Banking?
If you currently use Portland Local 8 FCU's Online or Mobile Banking, you will be able to login to ILWU Credit Union's Online Banking on or after December 2, 2025 with your current Username, but you will be required to update your password. At login enter your username, select "Trouble Signing In", then select "forgot password" to update your password. Please note: A secured access code will be sent to your phone or email on file to register your device.
If you are new to Online or Mobile Banking, you can register on or after December 2. You will need your Account Number and have a valid email address and phone number on file to sign up. Click here to sign-in or register for Online Banking on or after December 2, 2025.

How do I download the ILWU Credit Union Mobile App?
To sign up for Mobile Banking after December 2, simply download the ILWU Credit Union Mobile Banking App for your iPhone from the App Store or from Google Play for your Android device and follow the steps above.

Will I be able to see my account history once I’ve enrolled in ILWU Credit Union's Online Banking and Mobile Banking?
No, all of the transaction history from Portland Local 8 FCU online banking will not carry over to ILWU Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking systems. You will only see current transactions as of December 1, 2025. We highly encourage you enroll in free eStatements, so you can access 6 months of your Portland Local 8 FCU statements.
I have automatic transfers set up through Portland Local 8 FCU's Online Banking platform. Will those transfer over?
If you currently have scheduled transfers set up, you will need to reschedule those with in ILWU Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking. Your Online Banking transfers, Bill Pay and eBills will not convert in the merger.
Does ILWU Credit Union offer electronic statements (eStatements)?
Yes, once you sign into ILWU Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking you will be able to enroll to receive FREE eStatements. We recommend enrolling in eStatements so you can easily access and view the last 6 months of your Portland Local 8 FCU Statements.
To sign up for eStatements, log into Online Banking, go to the Statement/Notices tab in the Main Menu and in Manage Preferences click the toggle to opt in to eStatements.

When your eStatement is ready you will receive an e-mail from ILWU Credit Union asking you to log into Online or Mobile Banking and view your statement.
When is the last day that I can use Portland Local 8 FCU Online Bill Pay?
Due to the merger, the last day that you will be able to access the Portland Local 8 FCU online bill payment is Friday, November 28, at 6:30 am, PT.
On Tuesday, December 2, you will need to re-enroll in ILWU Credit Union's Bill Pay. Click here for more information on Bill Pay.
Will my payees and scheduled bill payments automatically convert to ILWU Credit Union?
Unfortunately, your scheduled bill payments and eBills will not automatically transfer over to ILWU Credit Union's Bill Pay. You will have to enroll in Bill Pay and set up new payees and transactions going forward.
Will I still be able to use Zelle® to send money to family and friends?
If you currently use Zelle® with Portland Local 8 FCU, you will have to re-enroll through ILWU Credit Union's Online or Mobile Banking after December 2, with your email address or phone number. Login to Online or Mobile Banking, select Move Money from the Main Menu, then select, Send Money with Zelle, to get started.
