2013 Election of Credit Union Director

Election material will be available beginning Janauary 7, 2013.

The following positions will be listed on the ballots:

Board of Directors - 4 open positions

Anyone interested in becoming a candidate may pick up a package of materials at the Credit Union beginning 1/7/13 during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.) A brief statement (250 words or less) of quali-fiations, biographical data and Credit Union affiltions (current or past) MUST be submitted with petitions.

Application Deadlines and Meeting Dates

 Candidates’ Briefing at 5:00 pm on: 1/29/13  (Attendance required for ALL Candidates by Petition)
 Petitions of Candidates MUST be received no later than close of business on: 2/11/13
 Nominations close at midnight on: 2/11/13
 Ballots mailed to all members (if required) by: 3/12/13
 Ballots must be returned by: 4/9/13
 Annual Meeting and Announcement of Election Re-sults will be at 5:00 pm at the Credit Union: 4/16/13

If no more nominations for vacant positions are received than the number of vacant positions, the Credit Union may, without further action, declare that those nomi-nated and qualified o be elected are elected. (Article Five, Section 501. Subsection G of the  By-Laws.)
